While a new look might seem to be a good idea — it has made searches frustrating and difficult. At first glance all you see is a giant head shot of a person without any indication when they were last online — one of the most important pieces of information in any dating search. You can scroll over the photo assuming you figure that out and get the city they are in — but still you have no idea when they were last online. Likewise, I find it difficult to navigate the actual full profile, and a pain to pull up the photos. I wish you allowed a toggle between the old format and the new one. Not only was it just hacked but a male profile was partially copied over mine. All of my pictures were deleted and my personal details and some interests were changed to fit some 56 year old male. Then emails were sent to all of my male connections and also to about 30 women. I woke up the next morning to multiple emails from not only my connections but also a bunch of women. I was confused but then I saw that where my photo was, there was a photo of an older man. The emails I received from my connections were not pleasant. I contacted customer service immediately through chat on the site. While doing that I was trying to delete as much of the fake profile as I could. Instead of it going back to two days before, the fake profile was restored. I asked for a supervisor to contact me, no one ever did. This morning I called to speak with a supervisor and I was told that the account hack was my fault. I find it insulting that customer service management had the audacity to blame me for the hacking of my account. I countered that argument with logic and he just repeated that line. I told him that the hacker must have gotten my email and password from the site because I do not give out or write down any of my passwords. I also questioned the safety of my contact and financial information. I told him that encryptions can be broken, just like how the hacker got into my account. I asked to speak with someone else. I was then transferred to his supervisor who told me the same rehearsed statements but offered me a month for free and a 25% discount on an additional 6 month subscription. I spent months trying to make connections and it was actually beginning to go well. I had to notify all of my financial institutions because of this breach and now only one person that I connected with will even speak to me. The worst part of all of this is how blame was cast on me for this entire occurrence. People use your site trusting that you will provide a safe and secure environment. I signed up with your account with the same expectation. But when that safety is breached, which does happen, I do not expect to be blamed for your responsibility. If this how Match. I would like a response within 3 business days. If not, I would like a full refund. I am highly disappointed with this company.

Requested I be met once I called but they refuse to credit my account. I was told there was no right of recision in the State of Florida. They canceled by account. I need that money put back in my account and delete this my account. They paid for Match. Their answer is look at web-site. I agree with all of the above. Everything seems like a cover up.
